The key responsibilities of Annette’s current position require her to develop and manage the SA training business, including marketing plans, budgets and the reporting mechanisms of HIA’s Training Services; manage the local quality systems to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and the AQTF Standards, for RTO’s and the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans; manage training team staff, including training coordinators and trainers.
