The Industry Training Providers Association Inc. (ITPA) welcomed the Honourable Blair Boyer, Minister for Education, Training and Skills, to its recent board meeting, held on Monday, 26 May at the HIA offices in Adelaide.
The Minister’s attendance underscores the South Australian Government’s recognition of the vital role that not-for-profit, industry-led Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) play in addressing the state’s workforce and skills development needs. The regular engagement between the Minister and ITPA reflects a strong, ongoing commitment to collaboration across all parts of the training sector.

“We were pleased to host Minister Boyer at our most recent board meeting,” said Brian Rungie, Chair of ITPA. “His presence continues a valuable dialogue between government and not-for-profit training providers and demonstrates the state’s dedication to a high-performing, inclusive and industry-aligned vocational education and training system.”
As the peak body representing not-for-profit RTOs in South Australia, ITPA is committed to ensuring high-quality training outcomes that respond to industry demand and contribute to the state’s prosperity. The association welcomes continued opportunities for constructive engagement with government and other stakeholders to advance the state’s skilling objectives.
“Our members are proud to contribute to South Australia’s skilled workforce and economic growth,” Mr Rungie added. “The Minister’s engagement with ITPA members is an important reminder of the critical role our sector plays in supporting industry and community needs.”
ITPA looks forward to continuing its work alongside the South Australian Government to ensure the sustainability and excellence of vocational education and training across the state.
